Having passed more laws than any other freshman legislator in the Michigan House of Representatives, Kevin A. Elsenheimer has been selected by his peer to serve as the Associate Speaker Pre-Tempore. He is the only freshman lawmaker to serve on 5 standing committees. He currently Chairman of the House Tort Reform Committee. He also serves as Majority Vice Chairman of the House Ethics & Oversight Committee and Local Government Committee as is a member of the Judiciary, Natural Resources, Great Lakes & Environmental Affairs committees.
